Datacentre

All of our web hosting packages operate from servers in a private datacentre floor located in the London Docklands. The datacentre comprises world-class facilities and redundancy, from fire suppression to UPS power. The UK datacentre is protected and monitored by 24/7 onsite staff to ensure there is never any unforeseen connectivity, security or power failure issues.

Network and connectivity

The network we use has over 8gbps (8,000mbps) of bandwidth connectivity from premium providers including NTT, Verio, Tiscali, Telia and Interoute. This ensures your website is always hosted at exceptional speeds. The core routing equipment is 100% Juniper and the network switching equipment is from HP.

Server technology

All servers used for our web hosting packages are supplied by Dell or Supermicro, are server-grade equipment and feature the latest Intel or AMD processors. MailFoundry 4100 dedicated servers are used to filter spam and viruses from your email and there are off-site secure storage servers to facilitate website data backups four times per day.
