Abuse and Illegal Activity

If you believe a website that I host is being used to carry out abuse or illegal activity (for example, spam, phishing, fraud or inappropriate content), please use the enquiry form on the contact page, and provide as much information as possible. I aim to acknowledge your email within one working day. I will investigate the issues raised and take action where necessary.

Complaints

I pride myself on the quality of my service and want you to be happy with your relationship with Overtly Creative. If you feel I have made a mistake or got something wrong, please use the enquiry form on the contact page. I aim to acknowledge your email within one working day. I expect to handle most complaints effectively at this stage. If however, you are still unhappy, please write to me at the address on the contact page. I aim to respond to your letter within 5 working days, and where necessary I aim to provide a full response within 10 working days. Depending on the issues raised, it may take me longer to respond, in which case, I will provide details on the action to be taken and I will advise when you can expect a full response from me.
